Sales Policy

Sales Policy: 

Please read through  all of the Sale Police before reserving a bunny from us.  Everyone is informed via email before putting a deposit down on a bunny to read the sales policy in full.  It is the purchasers responsibility to have read our sales policy before buying a bunny from us.  We are not liable if a purchaser has not chosen to read and understand the Sales Police before buying a bunny from us. Purchasers are agreeing to our sales polices whether it has been read or not.

Reserving a Bunny:

Bunnies are put up for sale on a first come basis. We will not hold a bunny under any circumstance without a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, no exceptions. The ONLY time refunds of deposits are granted is if the reserved bunny becomes unavailable for any reason (health changes, etc). The other option for this situation is that the deposit can be credited towards another bunny of less or more value. We would NEVER knowingly sell a bunny that is sick or unhealthy. Full payment is required before buyer takes possession of the bunny. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason.  All Sales are Final. 

 

Payment:

The deposit you will need to put down to reserve your bunny we require be down on venmo. Once you are ready to reserver a bunny, we will provide the venmo account information. The rest must be cash brought the day of pick up. Please bring exact cash. No checks. 

 

Pricing:

Pricing is subject to change, however if a deposit has been put down the price will stay the same. Pricing is determined by color, breed, sex, build and traits we judge to be desirable.   

 

Gender and Health:

 We strive to home healthy, loving bunnies. We in our best judgment will sex the baby bunnies before they are placed in homes. However, we do not guarantee the sex, eyes, ears, mouth/teeth, nails, ear tattoo, nose, feet, tail, health, type, etc. It is the purchasers responsibility to check all of these important parts of the bunny before leaving our care.  We do not guarantee weight, fertility, personality or color of any bunny. After a bunny has left our care, we are not liable for veterinary bills.

 

Deposits:

If you have put a deposit down on a bunny and then would like to change to a different one, you will loose your deposit on the first bunny. We will have been turning away prospective homes for the bunny that the deposit has been put on. This is hard because the bunny may then loose out on potentially good homes. If you put a deposit down and then change your mind for a different bunny that is fine within the confines of this agreement.

 

Commitment:

A bunny can live a long time with the right care and love, please before you reserve a bunny make sure you are 100% ready to commit to your bunny. It's the fare thing to ask first, for the well being of your bunny and hopefully the long and happy friendship you will share together 🐰💞
